Katie's Pet Heaven:
Dog Grooming Services with Patience, Love and 22+ Years of Expertise

It was our first time taking Murphy to Katie’s, she did a superb job on him. Great service, lovely people, would highly recommend taking your dogs to be groomed here

My Rosie Spinone should have a long coat but it causes skin issues. Katie is brilliant. She grooms my girl. She can’t have perfume or doggy scented stuff and she gives her back to me without any stress. Highly recommend her.

Can’t thank Katie’s pet heaven enough! Since moving to the area I have been struggling to find someone who has the skill to groom my chow chow. Domino came back looking so handsome and relaxed. When entering you are greeted with a warm welcome and I can’t recommend them enough

The team at Katie’s Pet Heaven are all lovely and definitely deserve 5 stars! My long haired German Shepherd is a typical cry baby Shepherd with the whole grooming process, so thank you for putting up with her! After a good bath and de-shed she looks absolutely beautiful 🤩 Thank you Katie!

Ruby had her first groom today and we were really happy with the service. The staff were great and took the time to ask what we wanted, will definitely rebook for the next groom. Thank you 😊

Have used Katies pet heaven around 8 times now for both of my doggos and Katie and her team do a good job 🙏

Reasonable price – We were very happy with the service we received our girl groomed exactly how I asked, she smells and looks beautiful, next groom already booked.

Took our 6month old wirehaired miniature dachshund for her first cut today very impressed will be coming back thankyou

This was Rocco’s first proper cut and trim. His first visit was just a quick wash and tidy up after collecting him from the rehoming centre.
Katie did exactly as we asked and he looked happy and good when we collected him.
We have already booked his next appt in December.
Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.

First time using Katie’s Pet Heaven for our 8 year old Shih Tzu and I could not be more impressed! Lovely salon, very nice staff and a fantastic groom. Looking forward to our next visit already!

Fantastic groomers, I highly recommend them, my dogs have been groomed to perfection and smell amazing, very friendly and helpful customer service. Thank you

Lovely experience bringing in my dogs for a groom. Dogs were happy and all their needs met. Would highly recommend and look forward to booking in next visit.

Amazing service and easy booking on the website. Mochi came out looking great after his first ever full groom. Very pleased.

Beautiful job on a King Charles Spaniel and he’s so happy 😊 Definitely going back, Definitely recommend to Friends. Great service

Rio is now enjoying a well deserved rest after a short back and sides at Katie’s, he looks and smells wonderful, thank you.

First time here. Lovely friendly staff and my Cavapoo looks very handsome

Absolutely brilliant my girl loves going, always happy with the service. Cost is good. Very local and can fit round me. Lovely place and lovely staff thank you x

Very happy with the grooming service from Katie’s Pet Heaven – here’s a picture of my just groomed dog Maisie looking all clean and tidy after her grooming session today. Would recommend them to others.

Great service and care for our French bulldog today. He looks (and smells) great! We’ll be back. Thank you!

This was my first experience of Katie’s Pet Heaven, and I can honestly say it is the best groom my dog has ever had! She looked so fluffy and the cut was excellent, just how I wanted it to be, and she smelt so lovely. I would thoroughly recommend Katie and if I wasn’t about to move house, I would be a regular there. I wish I had found her a long time ago. Thank you so much!!

Recommend Katie’s Pet Heaven to everyone, friendly staff and they gave the most amazing trim to our boy he became all posh when he was outside 😊 but definitely professional caring experienced team 😊 👍

Fantastic groom by Katie’s Pet Heaven. Really pleased with the whole service from the meet and greet of friendly staff to the end result. I got exactly what I asked for. I have a cockapoo so would highly recommend.

What can I say very professional groomer, Thank you

Amazing service and so reasonably priced!! My dog left looking amazing. Definitely recommend and will be back! 😊

I don’t normally post reviews, however I’ve got to make an exception for this! We have been using Katie’s for over a year now and honestly she and her team does a beautiful job on my dog. She is very attentive and spends time with the dog and honestly cares. I’m always at ease when my dog is being groomed there and her updates when to collect him too! Highly highly recommend

Excellent service provided. Great care taken and very nice.

Always have a great experience at Katie’s! Really accommodating to an initially very nervous big dog and worked with me to calm him down. He’s now very good with Katie and I’ve never had a bad groom from here! Reg always leaves fluffier and happier. Definitely recommend

Always the best for our nervous old girl. I’ve recommended Katie’s to so many people. Thank you! Our doggy is always so much happier once she’s been to visit!

Absolutely brilliant experience at Katie’s Pet Heaven! The team here are not only incredibly skilled but also genuinely passionate about what they do. It’s refreshing to see a local groomer who’s clearly investing back into the business—improving their services, upgrading equipment, and growing with the needs of the community.

They treat every dog with such care and attention, and it really shows in the quality of the grooming. From traditional styles to creative cuts, everything is done to a high standard. The place is clean, welcoming, and full of warmth—just the kind of environment you want for your furry friend.

Great people, fantastic service, and a true asset to the local dog-loving community. Highly recommend!
