How Dog Boarding Works

Booking and trial

Get in touch via our online booking system. After you apply, we invite your dog for a trial visit before making a final decision. We’ll agree on a time that works for you, and during the trial, your dog will stay with us for about 20 minutes. That’s usually enough time for us to see how well they are socialised with other dogs and with unfamiliar people.
A 30% deposit is required to secure your spot.

Pre-visit form

We’ll ask you to fill in a form with important details about your dog, including your vet’s contact, emergency contacts, and anything we need to know to keep your dog safe and happy.

Boarding stay

Your dog will follow a familiar, structured daily routine: breakfast, walks, playtime, naps, dinner – all with plenty of love and attention.

Pick-up

You’ll be reunited with a happy, well-rested dog who’s had a mini-holiday of their own!

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Dog Boarding Service

Our small group size, familiar faces and homely setting make it easy for dogs to adjust. If needed they’re welcome to sleep in our bedroom for extra comfort.

No – we only board small adult dogs. Male dogs must be neutered, and females cannot be in heat during their stay.

We’re licensed to care for a maximum of 6 dogs at a time to ensure quality care and attention.

Their usual bed, food, treats, and any favourite blanket to help them feel at home. We provide everything else!

We went on holiday for 12 days and our cocker spaniel, Ziggy, went to stay with Katie’s pet heaven and seemed to have enjoyed his time there, had no worries when away, due to the one hour session booked before we were due to go away this made Ziggy more comfortable and settled, as well as providing us with reassurance when we left him as the owners seem very dog friendly.
