Dog Boarding in the Heart of Blackwater – Where Your Dog Can Have Their Own Little Vacation

I used Katie’s for dog boarding and my little dog was very happy and well looked after. I would highly recommend the team at Katie’s and would definitely use again.

Reasonable price – Katies Pet Heaven provided excellent care to my dog Max who boarded with them for a week. I was sent photo and video updates to show him having a great time. Max loved making new doggy (and human) friends. Would recommend to anyone wanting to board their dog

Katie is the best – she is like the ‘Dog Whisperer’ – My little fella loves going to board at Katie’s Pet Heaven or having his regular haircut there. I feel 100% confident giving my doggy over to her….she’s the best surrogate dog mum any dog could wish for. I’ve been using Katie’s Pet services for years and recommend to anyone else looking for local pet care. Thank you – you are a Star ⭐ Katie!

Im really happy with the service.  I been bringing my Labrador Bluey to Katie’s pet heaven for few years now. Im using their home boarding service and regular grooming services . Very satisfied every single time . Highly recommend katies pet heaven .

Boarding- total peace of mind – My 2 dogs were entrusted to Katie for boarding for 10 days while we went on holiday overseas. Total peace of mind. My dogs were very well looked after.

Fantastic dog boarder and dog groomer. My dog is always happy and well looked after when he’s stayed with Katie. Very reasonable prices too!

We enquired about boarding for our dog, and so glad we chose Katies pet heaven! Drop off was easy, communication whilst he boarded was good and he clearly had a good time playing with the other dogs. He came back home happy

Very happy with the care our pup has had with Katie and her team. He has had a great holiday, with lots of updates and also a gorgeous groom. He’s a lucky pup and we are very grateful for the great service. Thank you all ❤️

We are very happy with tier dog boarding service. We left our two naughty dogs twice and they been well looked after.

We dropped our 2 year old dog off at Katie’s pet heaven for boarding for a month and had a great experience. Her usual routine was met and all details were accounted for. She had a great time and come back home very happy and socialised. We will definitely be using her services again !

We went on holiday for 12 days and our cocker spaniel, Ziggy, went to stay with Katie’s pet heaven and seemed to have enjoyed his time there, had no worries when away, due to the one hour session booked before we were due to go away this made Ziggy more comfortable and settled, as well as providing us with reassurance when we left him as the owners seem very dog friendly. Received lovely photos when we came back of Ziggy on a walk smiling away. Would definitely use this service again.

We left our 14-year-old Yorkie, Baxter, for his first ever boarding stay and were a bit nervous—but we really didn’t need to be! We got regular updates and photos, which was so reassuring, and he was clearly very well looked after and treated like part of the family. We’ve already booked him in again for both boarding and grooming in June, which says everything. Would definitely recommend!

Great price – Easy booking process would definitely recommend and use again

Reasonable price – Cody stayed with Katie for three days, and he had a wonderful time. Katie took great care of him, kept us updated with photos throughout his stay, and made us feel completely at ease. We would definitely choose Katie again and highly recommend her!

Reasonable price – Our Frenchie stayed for a week and he looked like he truly enjoyed it, being around other dogs and having his own adventure. Kate provided us with regular updates and pictures. So glad we found this boarding place and will definitely use the service in future again.

Recently used Katie’s Pet Heaven boarding for the 1st time for my lively cocker spaniel. Was nervous as never used boarding before but their service was excellent and professional. I was sent photos and videos on request and he was very happy and content. Will now use Katie’s going forward for future grooming and boarding services. Highly recommended.
